1. Acceptance and website purpose
These Terms and Conditions govern access to the Koa Readers website. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and to respect the intellectual property and functionality of the site. The website presents content creation services and starting price ranges for information and inquiries. Viewing a page, clicking a service button, or completing the preview inquiry form does not by itself create a service contract, an invoice, or an obligation to pay.
If you do not agree with these website terms, discontinue use of the site. Individual project terms, deliverables, dates, approvals, and fees are set out in a written proposal, statement of work, or other agreement accepted by both parties. If an agreed project document conflicts with these general website terms regarding the purchased service, the agreed project document controls for that project.
2. Services and scope
Koa Readers offers content strategy and planning, blog and article packages, social media content packages, website and marketing copywriting, and short-form video content packages. The site describes typical types of work, not a promise that every listed activity is included in every package. A proposal should identify the deliverables, quantity, source materials, file formats, review rounds, deadlines, client responsibilities, and whether publishing or account management is included.
We may decline work outside our capabilities or work that would require illegal content, unauthorized use of another party’s material, or misleading claims. Any change requested after a scope is approved may require a revised schedule and an additional written quote.
3. Prices, quotes, and payment
Website prices are indicative ranges in U.S. dollars: Content Strategy & Planning $650–$1,200 per project; Blog & Article Content Package $600–$1,000 per package; Social Media Content Package $650–$1,200 per month; Website & Marketing Copywriting $450–$900 per project; Short-Form Video Content Package $350–$650 per project. The actual fee depends on the final scope, quantity, source material, complexity, timeline, and agreed revisions.
No payment is charged by the demonstration form included with this site package. A final quote, deposit or payment schedule, applicable taxes, and any authorized expenses should be documented before production starts. If invoices become overdue, the parties should follow the payment terms stated in their accepted agreement. Monthly services apply only to the periods specified in that agreement and should not be assumed to renew indefinitely.
4. Client materials and approvals
You are responsible for supplying accurate background information, brand guidance, timely feedback, and any access or source files needed for the work. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for materials you provide and any claims you ask us to include. We may rely on the factual details and approvals you supply, and you should review all final content for accuracy, legal requirements, and suitability before publication.
A project schedule may move when required materials or approvals are late. If a client asks us to use music, photography, footage, fonts, trademarks, or other third-party work, the relevant licenses, permitted uses, and expenses should be agreed in writing before use.
5. Drafts, revisions, and intellectual property
Creative work usually involves drafts and review. The number and timing of revisions are defined in the accepted project scope. Corrections to bring a deliverable into line with that scope are treated separately from a substantial change of direction or a new assignment, which can require a new fee.
Ownership and usage rights in commissioned final deliverables should be stated in the accepted project agreement. Unless an agreement states otherwise, Koa Readers retains its pre-existing methods, know-how, working files, unused concepts, and licensed third-party elements; transfer of rights in accepted final content is conditioned on payment in full. You retain rights in the materials you lawfully supplied. Neither party may represent the other’s work as an endorsement without permission.
6. Website content and acceptable use
Text, design, photographs, software, and other elements on this website are protected by applicable rights. You may view the site for ordinary business evaluation. You may not scrape it at harmful scale, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt its operation, impersonate someone, upload malicious code, or copy or redistribute substantial original material without permission.
Links inside this build lead to on-page sections and legal pages only. A reference to a service or price does not guarantee availability on a particular date. We may correct a mistake in site content or update an offer before entering a contract.
7. No performance guarantee and limitations
Content work supports communication goals, but outcomes depend on many factors beyond the work itself, including client implementation, market conditions, distribution, platform algorithms, and audience behavior. We do not promise a particular ranking, number of views, sales result, or return on investment through this website.
The site is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, Koa Readers is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss resulting solely from use of this informational website. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. Project-specific responsibility and remedies should be set out in the signed engagement.
8. Ending an engagement, disputes, and changes
Cancellations, rescheduling, work completed before notice, and complaints are addressed in the separate Cancellation and Complaints Policy and, where applicable, the accepted project agreement. If a concern arises, please contact us first with the project name, relevant dates, and the outcome sought so we can review the matter.
These website terms may be updated by posting a new version with a new date. Continued site use after publication is subject to the then-current version.
